Please note that when posting, landlords are made aware that Naija Renter charges a 5% fee of all completed transactions on its website.
Renters are also notified that they will be paying 5% for commission and agreement when an agreement is reached to rent, lease or purchase a property.
All renters will pay an application fee of N5,000 when they choose to pursue a property for rent, lease, or purchase. This one-time application is valid for a period of 60days and all properties they choose to check out during that period.
